Are you currently running mSecure 4?

With the release of iOS 16, it has come to our attention that mSecure 4 is getting closer to its end of life after 6 years since its final update. Many customers have contacted us asking for help when mSecure 4 would no longer open after iOS updated on their device. If you’re experiencing something similar, do not be alarmed. Migrating your data to the newest version of mSecure is a very simple process, even if you are unable to open mSecure 4. Let us help you transfer your information into mSecure 6!

If you have not upgraded your device to iOS 16 yet, we highly recommend upgrading to mSecure 6 first. These issues are entirely out of our control, so we are unaware of what might occur with future iOS updates. It is possible the app will not open, or something worse could occur that would make recovering your data much more difficult.

As long as you know your password to mSecure 4, you can migrate your data to mSecure 6 with ease. If you do not know your mSecure 4 password though you are able to log in via Face or Touch ID on your iOS device, contact us at support@msevensoftware.com or create a new ticket on our support site.
